Bristols Cider
Paso Robles, CABristols Cider is based in Paso Robles and is crafted from a variety of local apples including Ida Red, Braeburn and Granny Smith from San Luis Obispo County, including San Miguel, Paso Robles, and See Canyon. The processing happens right at the cider house, using an old fashioned press and pumping the cider directly into the tanks located in their tasting room.
