Nova Easy Kombucha is one of those rare things – where health, balance, and goodness meet. In 2018 a few like-minded brewmasters started exploring the world of fermentation a little deeper, looking for healthier, more natural ways of making kombucha drinks. In southern California, we have found the perfect environment and climate to create our unique kind of kombucha – one that is actually tasty and easy to drink. We’ve sourced the highest-quality, natural ingredients to deliver people something they feel good about putting in their bodies. We are proud to say that we do not use any preservatives and our kombuchas are not pasteurized – keeping all of the healthy probiotics and ingredients as fresh as possible. We believe that most tropical fruits have unique aromas and flavors that when they are paired with our fermented tea – a perfectly balanced and very-good-tasting kombucha can be brewed. |
